Our Security officers must be at least have a Senior High School graduated, 170 cm height with minimum 65 Kg, age between 20 - 30, good health stated by doctor, good behaviour stated by police, psycho Test, I.Q Test, Interview, Line Up (Undress), Endurance Test. We work it out with standard to ensure only best candidates will joint the team.

once candidate passed the tests, he must go for basic training of security knowledge, tasks and responsibilities. He will also be sent for field training which includes marching, baton use, handcuffs and self-defense, continued by training for security ethics, basic fire & safety, administration and reporting.
